I like the text. The animation seems cartoonish, which could work for it depending on what the game is like. The volcano design is a little weak, I would add more color and texture to it.
I don't think photoshop exporting correctly or entirely. The volcano only looks weird because it didn't finish fading in from white.
The overall concept is nice, but I think it could gain a lot from so additional, images, transitions, etc..
Timing is odd and the whole thing happens too fast. I would slow it down a bit to get a better effect out of it.
I like how the first two words drop in and bounce a little, maybe make the volcano look like it's erupting would add a lot to it.
the volcano just kind of appears out of nowhere. If it had a smoother entrance it would improve the flow quite a bit.
